As Chief Operating Officer of Hicuity Health, Jason Kressel drives operational excellence and the customer experience for the company’s diverse and growing telemedicine service lines, which deliver patient care in collaboration with hospitals and healthcare facilities nationwide. Kressel’s responsibilities include clinical operations, technology operations, and client services.

Kressel has extensive experience across a variety of healthcare settings. Most recently, he formed his own advisory firm, partnering with the leadership teams of healthcare organizations on go-to-market, product, and operational initiatives. Prior to this, he was SVP and GM, Consumer Products and Analytics for Experian Health, leading the delivery of digital front door capabilities for patients to search, schedule, confirm eligibility, see estimates and pay online for care services. Previously he was COO of MyHealthDirect, a leading digital patient access platform which was subsequently acquired by Experian. Kressel began his career as an executive consultant at Accenture, where he led transformation programs for Fortune 100 companies.

Kressel received his BS in Computer Engineering at Lehigh University.
