Recognition Highlights Accredited Excellence since 2008
Hicuity Health announced that it has again earned full accreditation from The Joint Commission (TJC). Earning The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® across all Hicuity clinical service lines, the company has maintained uninterrupted TJC accreditation since 2008 by continuously enhancing its care delivery processes to meet and exceed the industry’s highest quality and safety standards and reaffirming its dedication to continuous improvement.
To achieve reaccreditation through 2026, The Joint Commission team benchmarked Hicuity Health’s operations against national care standards, evaluating the company’s processes and systems that enable the delivery of high-quality clinical care in collaboration with bedside clinicians. “Hicuity Health is honored to again receive a three-year re-accreditation from The Joint Commission,” said Andrea Clegg, CFO and Chief Compliance Officer of Hicuity Health. “The organization’s surveyor noted zero recommended improvements during this year’s evaluation, further validating how Hicuity Health’s commitment to quality and safety is ingrained in our organization going back to our founding. As a pioneer in provider-to-provider telemedicine and an innovator delivering award-winning clinical services, we provide seamless care in collaboration with the bedside teams at our partner hospitals.” An independent, nonprofit organization, The Joint Commission’s mission is to enable and empower health care organizations around the world to build a foundation for quality care and patient safety. This is accomplished by evaluating healthcare organizations and working to inspire excellence in providing safe and effective care of the highest quality and value to all people across all care settings. The Gold Seal is a symbol of quality that reflects a health care organization’s commitment to providing safe and quality patient care.
