Study shows resounding nursing support for tele-ICU

As reported in the American Journal of Critical Care, over 75% of the 1,213 surveyed nurses reported that tele-ICU enables them to improve patient care and contributes to their ability to accomplish their critical clinical work. Approximately 2/3 of respondents agreed that using tele-ICU:

  • Improves clinical collaboration
  • Makes it easier to do their job
  • Improves job performance
  • Enables them to work more quickly
  • Improves communication.
