Advanced ICU Care CMO Leads Telehealth Discussion at ATA 2020

Chief Medical Officer Srinivasan Leads Virtual Telehealth Adoption Discussion with Industry Leaders

Sriraman Srinivasan, CMODr. S. Ram Srinivasan, MD, MBA, Chief Medical Officer of Advanced ICU Care, the nation’s leading provider of high-acuity telemedicine care and monitoring services, will moderate a panel of industry leaders at the virtual 2020 ATA Conference & Expo (June 22-26). ATA, the largest conference dedicated to telehealth, was originally scheduled for May but was modified to a four-day virtual event due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Panelists include hospital CMOs and telehealth providers.

In the session “Significant Change: Leading Large Organizations to Adopt Telehealth,” Dr. Srinivasan will guide participants through a timely discussion surrounding the adoption of telemedicine and the effort needed to implement telehealth solutions in a hospital system environment. Topics to be addressed include:

  • The balance of technical versus clinical issues
  • The ability to achieve “system-ness” through a telemedicine initiative
  • The value and use of a 3rd party change agent
  • How to engage clinical leadership in telehealth change, and
  • Key success factors drawn from the panelists’ personal experience.
