Dr. Rachel Sackrowitz Named Chief Medical Officer of Advanced ICU Care

Advanced ICU Care, the nation’s leading provider of high-acuity telemedicine services, has recognized the contributions and achievements of Dr. Rachel Sackrowitz, MD, MBA by naming her the organization’s Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Sackrowitz will continue to be responsible for all clinical elements of the company’s service offerings, as well as serving as a clinical advocate for the company and for telemedicine across the healthcare industry.

Dr. Sackrowitz is a practicing intensivist who initially joined Advanced ICU Care as its National Medical Director in early 2016. Immediately prior to joining the company, she served as ICU Medical Director at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport, Connecticut. She earned her undergraduate degree from Amherst College, her medical degree at New York University School of Medicine, and her MBA at New York University.
